The group company holds an annual work seminar

 In order to prepare a strategic layout for the business development of 2024 in advance and actively embrace the opportunities and challenges of the industry, the group successfully held a work seminar for 2024 from January 12th to 13th, 2024.

According to the agenda of the meeting, a total of 91 people were divided into six groups within two days to engage in lively discussions and speeches on the following ten topics:
1¡¢ Discussion on the 2024 Economic Responsibility System Plan. 2¡¢ Structure adjustment, goal determination, work ideas, and development direction of each professional construction branch in 2024. 3¡¢ Combining revenue with the annual performance of the group, fully reflecting the same directional relationship between revenue and performance; Discussion on Adjustment of Excess Wage Payment Plan. 4¡¢ Discussion on monthly daily assessment methods for departments and branches, and clarification of assessment objectives. 5¡¢ How can the project department of the subsidiary ensure on-site safety and civilized construction in terms of project organization, technical measures, and investment in safety and civilized construction costs, and further improve the level of project safety production management. 6¡¢ How to strengthen the management of the company's municipal engineering market behavior, enhance risk prevention awareness, and reasonably avoid corporate credit risks. 7¡¢ The scope of use for the calculation of special safety production expenses is mentioned. 8¡¢ How to do a good job in cost control. 9¡¢ How to deal with lawsuits arising from engineering business contracts. 10¡¢ How to ensure that the main business volume does not decline under the current situation.
The main responsible persons and business backbones of each department and branch actively share their work experiences and insights through in-depth discussions around the theme, clarifying the organizational structure and division of labor; Clarified the goals and direction of the economic responsibility system; Explored and formed a preliminary salary and assessment plan. Everyone has a unified understanding: the level of project management and personnel management still needs to be improved; Technological innovation is a powerful driving force for optimizing engineering quality and enhancing competitiveness; Fine construction is the key to producing high-quality and exquisite projects, as well as winning a good reputation. This is complementary to business operations
At the end of the meeting, Chairman Avi delivered an important speech. Firstly, the economic responsibility system assessment indicators for 2024 have been basically established, and various professional construction subsidiaries have also been adjusted in place. Everyone should take advantage of external opportunities, strive to explore the market, supplement internal projects, refine and strengthen the profession, and create the second, third... and even more road branches. Only when all departments and subsidiaries have completed the economic responsibility system indicators can the basic situation of the group company's hundreds of people be guaranteed. Secondly, regarding assessment: In various industries, the most hardworking and hardworking are undoubtedly Meituan runners, and assessing a group of tens of thousands of people, such as them, is simply a matter of positive or negative reviews. Therefore, the biggest factor in management is people. To manage people, one must speak the truth, not be superficial, and use limited energy in business work. Thirdly, regarding salary: The main components of an employee's income are basic salary, excess salary (bonus), and performance bonus. Specific rules should be established, and authority should be delegated to branch offices, with a focus on grassroots frontline management. Finally, regarding talent cultivation: Through the phenomenon of aging personnel in the road construction team, the urgency and necessity of talent team construction are highlighted. Talent cultivation should be carried out in advance and with a training period, and cannot be achieved overnight.
